Brazen. Destructive. Wily. In some ways -- I am just going to say it -- evil. Oh, they burrow under the roots of our plants killing many, they eat the bulbs that I'd invested time and money in, they somehow evade the many red-tailed hawks who live in the neighborhood, and apparently they look cute to some people.

Can you rent a dog? When the squirrels try to settle in, I invite our friends to bring their dogs over to run around, bark, and romp... it seems to give the squirrels second thoughts, and we see less of them.
