Sick day

Supposed to be at work for the staff holiday party and assorted festivities, but instead home with a strange, nasty cold that doesn't want to let go. The thing about sick days is I'd rather not be sick -- a free day at home sounds lovely, but being sick and out of sorts...no thanks. I'd rather be well and at work and having the holiday fun....
