On a side note, the Christmas Club scheme isn't going as well as I'd planned -- yet. But maybe I could give photographs as gifts....

I have not forgotten Christmas Club. Maybe we can forgive months Jan-May, and say it begins when school is out? A six month jump on Christmas sounds helpful and manageable.
And yes, you could give photographs. They would be welcome.
If your photos are in a frame - similarly grouped in subject matter they would probably sell like hot cakes in the little shops of the Brighton Lanes
